Refund Policy

Unopened items: 30-day refund, no return needed
If you change your mind, email us at support@revellaebeauty.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number. If your set is still unopened, we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.

Opened items
For hygiene reasons, opened items are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@revellaebeauty.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Each request is reviewed. Once approved, we will send you a replacement.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
