Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and arrive about 7–11 business days after shipping. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email.

返品・返金について / Returns and Refunds
未開封の商品：商品到着後30日以内に、注文番号を添えて support@revellaebeauty.store までご連絡ください。全額返金いたします。商品の返送は不要です。
開封済みの商品：衛生上の理由により、返品・返金はお受けできません。
破損・誤配送：商品到着後7日以内に、注文番号と写真を添えてご連絡ください。確認のうえ、交換品をお送りします。
返金は、承認後に元のお支払方法へ行います。

Unopened items: Email us at support@revellaebeauty.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.
Opened items: For hygiene reasons, opened items are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Each request is reviewed. Once approved, we will send you a replacement.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
